Last call-Any CL members wanna do a weight loss challenge?
If you've already sent me a PM, you're in, but unless I get more, I don't see that it's worth an official challenge.

Winner of biggest percentage of weight lost over a 16 week period gets a bomb from everyone else. Challenge would officially start Jan 2nd being that we should all be free to smoke cigars, drink tasty beverages, and eat all the unhealthy foods for bowl games all day long. I'd say the challenge should end on May 1st. Deadline to enter is on Monday, December 31st.

Damn.... I'd join but I will lose... only need to loose 10 lbs. to get back down to 6 or 7% body fat I estimate. Great contest though Duane!!

Lap Dances are required therapy when recovering from the procedure. It gets your heart rate up and causes you to burn extra calories!
