You might also want to check with Mike (GotaCohiba) as I know he orchestrated a split on a bunch of these. He might still be out of the country, so his response may be delayed.

If we get, say 5 people going in on it, we're looking at 200 hundred for roughly $10-12 or so (with shipping costs) per person.

I just did this on another site and if you use the USPS fixed price Priority mail Envelope shipping will be about $4.60 else it could run around $5-8 depending on where in the country. 200 is a tight fit in the envelope and the Fixed price box will hold 500 and is $8.95 to ship

You can try and squeeze 200 in the envelope but I used the $8.95 box for 200-500 bags Yes someone bought 500. I went through 2000 bags there. On anothe site I was on they went through 4000.
Dont forget they charge shipping to you as well. I think the per bag cost is between 5.5 and 6 cents depending on where the initial shipment is to and how many bags they ship.... Quote:

You can do the USPS priority video box as well. Runs $4.60 for shipping inside the US. They'll hold 200 bags easy I think.

I did an 8-way split a while back. From experience, the USPS Priority video mailer will hold 125 if you cram them in there and tape the box shut (like sitting on a suitcase to close it). If I remember correctly, 125 was a little over 1 lb and the boxes look a little pregnant if you know what I mean.
