Who is using Skype and how do you like it?
I just downloaded it and figured that only the Skype to Skype calls are free. If you have any additional information please post it here.

I've had it loaded on my computer for about three years, but haven't used it much.

I used it on my PDA a couple years ago when calls were free. I used it a few times to call my kids, when we were in Vegas.

Jumping Johnny used to use it for conference calls for his poker nights.

For computer IP telephony, it simply cannot be beaten. Quality is top notch. Occasionally there are hiccups, but that is rare. When I am lucky enough to guest on Stogie Review YQMA Walt, Brian and I are all conferencing with each other over skype and the quality is just amazing. I would caution you to use either an earphone/mic headset or earphones and a separate mic. That way you isolate input/output and there is no feedback or buzzing. Other than that, it is an amazing app.

Not used skype-out or skype-in much, but also very useful.

I use Skype all the time when I am in Mexico. Have a home in Baja and in our Campo, we use Skype exclusively. The average is $.02 per minute to call the states which beats the $1.50 the local phone companies, Telcel and Telnor, get for a call to the U.S. Have only used it a few times while in the U.S., but, it works just fine. We have some trouble from time to time in Mexico because we have an in-house satellite service we purchase time from and sometimes it gets a little fuzzy, but, for the most part, it works very well! The price is outstanding for our needs in a foreign country. As for the original question about Skype to Skype, I recall those calls are free!?!?!? You need to check it out but, reaching customer service is another matter. Whenever we did have a problem, we used their email contact and they eventually got back to us!
Also, all of my friends and family can call my Tampa Skype number and it will ring me in Mexico, which is soooooo cooool! And, if they live in Tampa, it is not a long distance call for them since they are calling a Tampa number!

I'm actually on skype right now talking to rmrdaddy and elidog. We've been using it for a couple of months and in most cases it works great! Its kinda made type chat obsolete.

I use it all over the world. Great VOIP! Skype out is free to a computer, .021/min to a phone, or you can get a Skype-in phone number with any area code that you want. Been using it several years now and it has saved me tons of money.

I just recently started using it but it is great. My parents and us bought a Web cam and now our kids can talk and see their grandparents anytime for free.

I did too and I think the sound quality is even better than the phone!
