I would save it for eventual donation to an appropriate military museum. I'd also document it with some info about/from your friend, pics from him, etc.

I was at the March AFB museum a few years back. This kinda stuff really 'brings alive' exhibits of what it is like to be a soldier.

You can get the Aristocrats in the States, they are just hard to find. The more I think about it I'd say save it until an appropriate time. There are lots of good smokes out there you can have any time.
