Looking for topic ideas for our podcast

As many of you know, my friend Mike and I do a weekly podcast focusing on all things of interest to guys.

If you have listened, you know our basic format - 20 minutes of headlines, a major topic segment, and then finish with a cigar and libation review.

I'm wondering if there are topics that you might want to see us cover on the podcast. Let me know as with a weekly show, we can use all of the good ideas we can get.

How about a segment on golf?

How about revisiting rave reviewed smokes from the past and compare them to todays top of the line?

like the two ideas mentioned above, also BBQ,trends in the industry,how peolple are complying with the "bans",is the "boom" coming back ?, just a few more.

Give me a little more on what you are thinking with this one. Do you mean rave reviews we have done or ones others have looked at? We have only been doing cigars regularly for about a year or so, therefore I'm not sure how far in the past we can really reach.

If you mean compare to some cigars from four or five years ago, that might be tough as I don't have any detailed tasting notes going back that far.

what about getting some replies from the TROOPS on what they do to take their minds away from being in a situation that doesnt seem right.

NHL playoffs especially (sorry for my bias!), NBA playoffs, the approaching end of school (for those in school and those who have children in school), summer plans, NFL draft. I don't know if ya'll ever had a podcast dedicated to first cigar memory or funniest cigar moment, but those are both very entertaining.

Seeing as how the golf season is about to start, how about a show that reviews cigar golf gadgets like cigar clips, stands, lighters, etc... This could segwey into the best cigar/drink combo for a long day on the course.
