UPDATE***
Ok, after hours & hours & hours of him cutting out the blocks
this is what he's done in the last month,it was supposed to be 175sq feet & be completed by the 15th june
they never at any time stopped parking in their front yard, in fact they park their truck over the dirt pile every night
Note he did plant 1 rose bush by the letterbox

Also note that the neighbor next door to them graveled in their front yard
On the bright side someone at neighborhood code compliance now has this picture
ummm... I'm thinkin they'll be gettin the critation in about a week
