I can not imagine what that would be like with a child...went thru it in November with my wife and mother-in-law and we are still facing daily challenges...stay strong and remember to take a cigar and make yourself relax for that short amount of time...when i made myself do that I felt re energized to take the next step... i will keep you and your family in our prayers!

Well we made it out of the hospital after 6 days. Greyson is with his mom right now and we have Dr appointments lined up. He is in better spirits and it's great to hear him laugh again. He has road rash covering 60% of his right arm and had internal splints put in last Sun. THe bone and skin will heal in a month or so. We will begin to work on the hand as soon as possible. He keeps asking why God doesn't let his fingers grow back.

Glad to hear he's out of the hospital, Mike. Geeze, it's just so hard to explain such "real world" things when a child is involved. I really feel for you, Greyson and your family. As a parent, you try to protect your kids from everything, but realistically that's impossible. So when I hear about things like this, it really tears my heart out. We're here for ya buddy if you want to talk or whatever. Don't hesitate to call. We're keeping Greyson in our prayers. He sounds like a tough little trooper.
