yah , im so glad my neighbors are not attached anymore!! i do not miss the things they do and danger the put me under with no control!!!! glad everything turned out ok for yah man...now smoke lots of cigars tonight and hope they hate the smell..have a herf !!

That would be the RIGHT thing to do. Instead they probably won't. I've only seen mold cleaned up in one way since I've been in the military. They paint over it with what I hope is anti-mold paint. I never saw anyone scrubbing with bleach to kill the spores. Then again here in Turkey they might not understand that.

I agree on the mold thing - between the walls, under carpet, flooring and any cabinets, etc. At least you need to make certain there is a solid record of what happened. You would not want the management to come in and say you damaged the place. I'd send a note to the manager outlining what happened and potential concerns as a matter of record.

You might check into renters insurance. It's cheap and would cover your belongings for your neighbors stupidity.
