Demand that they have the place checked out for mold. Mold can be very dangerous to live with. If they don't comply either threaten to tell the city or don a ski mask, grab the manager/owner, throw him in the truck of your car. Drive out to the boonies, beat him down and with a disguised voice tell him not to mess with the tennents in the building, then leave him there. If done correctly, you should have no more problems..

That freakin sucks!!! Just like what everyone has been saying. Make sure they pay for everything and definitely have them check for mold. Good thing no sticks were harmed in the flood! Hope it works out brother!!!
