Well it's a 3 bedroom house, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen/lounge, 1 sitting room, 1 laundry, 1 engine room (where all the machinery goes), garage, space for the wine cellar and walk-in humi and.... that´s it.
400 square metres, complete concrete structure, and I'll put up a pic of the storage space in the back. ... Oh, if you check one of the fotos you'll see a guy on the roof. That's a walk-on roof with a wooden deck to enjoy my stogies during those hot summer nights...
