It heats a 14x20 garage that is uninsulated. If you go with the Mr. Buddy heater you will go through a shitload of one pound cylinders. I use one in my ice fishing shanty. Like John said you will want alot of ventilation with this heater. Last year we were herfin it up and had a few to many cocktails and after awhile our lighters wouldn't light. Good thing we were able to figure out the reason before it was too late!

Yeah your safe. But you will want to get the adapter hose and a 20gal. tank. The one pound tanks run out to quick. Nothin worse than runnin out of fuel half way through a good cigar.

Oh yeah it'll last an hour. It's just alot easier and less messin around too get the adapter hose and use the tank from your grill if you have a gas grill. And hell I think they're gettin what 3 or 4 bucks for a 1 lb tank now.

yah i paid 3.99 for a 1.5 gallon tank !
im friggin sick rite now so i wont get to test it tonight..sucks !!
ill have to get the converter hose and stuff, i wasnt entirely sure if i was going to keep it at first, but now im almost positive it will do the job !

im sitting out here right now with Mr. heater, and i can still see my breath..been about 20 minutes..im not frezzing cold...but im not really warm and def not hot !!
hrmm....well have to see about this guy...maybe im doing something wrong
shold i elevate it ? or leave it on the floor
