Air Hogs

So my 4 yr old son bought me one of those Air Hogs Havoc Heli's, and I bought him one too, so we could fly against each other.

he picked up flying that thing in about 10 minutes. These things are fun to fly around the living room, terrorizing the dog and wife, landing them on my daughters head...

if your kids have been wanting one of these, I say go for it. Its a great way to get their hand/eye and spacial coordination good. And they're just damn fun

I wonder how long it'll be before you install a cigar-carrier option on that baby? <G>

That would be wild to see. A heli that can grab a cigar and fly it back to you. Please take pics if you get it to do it.

I should have done it with one of the 2 my son broke so far....I'm glad WalMart has a liberal return policy....

but I think it would have been cool if I could hook 2 tubes to the skids and fly cigars around

if you could fly it to your humi and have it grab a cigar, then fly it back, that would be epic!

Friggin genius if you can pull this off,,,what a concept not having to get out of your chair and have your cigar "airlifted" to you,,,I love it!!

I got my son and step son these for Christams also. They are fun to fly around the house. Mine came with the planes you take outside also. But they don't fly that good LOL. No control for those you just charge them up and let them go. The two we have or different styles. One flys better upside down, the other just does a nose dive no matter what LOL.

I put two pieces of the metal tape on the bottom of the nose. that helps. also due to the design forward motion is done when you turn to the right. stopping and backward are turning left. So to get across a room you have to do it in half circles. to practice start at a hover (after you've adjusted the trim) and start tuning right. if you just add a hair more up throttle, you can get the thing moving pretty fast. then to stop, ease off on the throttle and give it a little left stick.

Which one did you get? The $30 or the $70. My son had the $30 and it did not fly that great - VERY HARD to control. He's thinking about the $70 one....
