We where just talking guns last night on the video herf. And here is Texas if you see somebody breaking into your car at night time you have the right to blow them away!! You know what it still happens, so that theory about cutting fingers off, well thats not as bad as a bullet in the head and they still do it.

I feel your pain. I've had stuff taken out of my garage because I didn't close the door at night. It's sad that it is somehow "your" fault because you didn't lock the doors? People should leave your stuff alone. I don't care if you leave it laying on the lawn, it's yours, they should leave it alone. That's why, in Texas, the law allows you to shoot someone messing with your stuff at night or anytime if they are carrying it off. Ya just gotta catch them in the act. Sorry this had to happen to you.

Try being rear-ended by an unlicensed, uninsured driver driving somebody else's car who also has no insurance. I was covered under my "uninsured/underinsured" coverage, but I don't think I should need such coverage. I wanted real revenge, but all the cops could do was ticket the guy for no lisence and no insurance and impound the car.
