Trying again!!! Cross your fingers.
My fiance & I have been trying for the past four months to find a house for us to live in when we get married (in 18 days). So far, we've had nothing but trouble. We've had one offer "accepted" only to find out we received an e-mail in error, & we've had multiple houses slip through our fingers.

Today we're putting an offer in on an older 2-story house that we really liked when we first started looking, but it sold right away. Well, apparently their financing fell through & it's up for sale again. The funny thing is, there's something wrong with the key box so nobody else can get in right now (thus no showings). It's almost like it's meant to be, cause we've already seen the inside!

Good luck man, I know how much of a pain it is right now trying to get a house. We are waiting to hear back to see if they have accepted our offer on one right now.

It is tough these days, they tend to sell within a few days! It's crazy!

Jeff, That happened to us and when the right house came up, better than all the others, it was ours. God looks out for fools and drunks, and I think stogie smokers as well brother. Our house has a smoking room in the basement.
