Do You Believe In The Paranormal?

i will just simply say that i believe and leave it at that for now. i had a similar post on here and caught a lot of flack and jokes about it.

I am a firm believer that there is waaayyy too much stuff out there that cannot be explained by Science as we know it now.

Like everyone else I have had a few scary/weird experiences that defy explanation and would not be belived by most.

I believe, used to have a ghost that lived in my family home. But not going to tell any crazy stories.

I don't know if I believe in all of the junk on TV, the ghost chasers and such, but I have had experiences. In our previous house our cat would stare down the hallway and act as if something was there. She would do this fairly often, and it creeped us out. We would also hear a beeping, like someone pushing the buttons on the microwave at night. We never figured out what it was, but we tried. Also one night the wife and I were having relations and suddenly a door slammed, very loudly. All of the doors in the house were open, except the laundry room door which was always closed. Even so, nothing could have caused it to slam like that even if we had left it open. We had no kids at the time, it wasn't windy and the cat could not have made it slam like that. We were pretty sure we had a ghost. Gives me the willies just writing this!

Every cat does this, have you ever listed to Art Bell or George Norry (spell?) if you have you would know that cats see into different dimensions, so they are seeing stuff we can not, like shadow people etc... I trying to be half a$$ funny but it is true every cat does this. But that doesn't mean you didn't have a ghost.

I guess that's what I was trying to say. We thought our cat was seeing the ghosts we could not. She wouldn't just stare, but would like react to something subtly. We probably wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't for the other stuff.

Whether real or not, it freaked us out. Nothing like that happens in this house.

I believe, never seen though. Also believe in possible aliens, LOL. Figure in all of space there has to be something out there more then just our planet with life.

When I was married about a hundred years ago we lived in a house, old house two story with hardwood floors. We would hear walking around in the upstairs at least a couple times a week. I always checked at first and no one was there. No weird cold feelings or other stuff just heard someone, a couple times we also heard a door closing and opening.

Got kinda use to them, must have been nice ghosts thank God!


Other than BigFoot that's my only story and Bigfoot was after seeing Ted Nugent with so many psychedelics still in my system I'm sure it was in my head, Sure scared the Crap outta me at the time though.

When I was growing up I lived in a house that was haunted. At least once a week I would get awakened by loud noises and moaning. The snoopy picture hanging on the wall above my bed would be crooked from where the walls would shake. My parents told me that it was nothing and not to be scared, but I knew they were scared too. When I would run next door scared, the door would be locked - I know it was because my Mom was horrified by the ghosts. When Mom opened the door she would be all sweaty from being so scared. Once or twice I knew Dad thought about leaving in a hurry because his clothes would be buttoned all wrong.






Seriously tho', I think there's more out there than we know.
