A funny thing happened to me today....

Well... Not so funny actually. Here it goes:

I just placed the little exhaust fan into the window of my cigar lounge, poured a Kozel Lager (from the Czech Rep.), toasted the end of my Ghurka Monogram, took my first puff, and WHAMMO!! Doesn't the fan fall out of the window and split the top of my head open?? Of course it does! Why wouldn't it!! So now I have 4 staples in the top of my head, and a cigar related injury!

I re-fired the Ghurka after leaving the ER, and it was darned good considering it was a re-light. I may just buy a 5 pack to give them another try. I also now have a safety wire for the exhaust fan, so no worries, our Herfs will be a safe event! Just thought I'd share that little tale with eveyone. I'll spare you the pics!

I did drop the cigar, but the wife picked it up quick enough, I smoked it a bit on the ride to the hospital, then re-lit when I was done.... It was a pretty good smoke!

Holy crap Jim! That's crazy. If it makes you feel any better I also had a cigar related accident today. I was smoking a Padilla Achilles on the back nine of Teulon Golf course when bam! I got smoked by a ball. lol. My buddy was about 50 yards out and I was on the green waiting for him to hit. I guess he skulled his wedge and hit me right on my calf. Ouch. And I didn't even drop the gar.
