First off i lost my best friend. my rat terrier , she was almost 18 years old. the sweetest little dog thewre ever was.

then i come home from taking care of that situation and my fridge has gone out and i lost all my food. the warranty ran out last month.

i think i'll just go back to bed and avoid anything else!

Sorry man I hear ya, My Schnauzer went a few years ago at 17. It's amazing how cool dogs are and I'm sure sorry for your loss. Non dog people just don't understand how tight a bond we can have with our dogs.

I have another he's a cool little shit named Elvis which is how I came up with my handle. Hope your weekend gets better.

I am sorry for your loss.....I do not handle pets dying too well...nobody does, but it dawned on me the other day....we have 6 dogs and 4 cats, and everyone one has such an individula personality that I cannot fathom losing any of them. I really do understand that when they pass, they are in a better place, but since they are all rescues...that they are in a better place now. For a while and then they really will be in a better place.

I feel very sorry. I can understand what it is to lose a dog or a k9. I have lost k9s, saving the life of myself or some of my men. It is devastating.
This 15 year old I have now(avatar photo ) will be my last. I cant face loseing another one after him,

man I am sorry to hear about your loss, 18 years with a good friend is a long time. it will get better but it will take a looong time. think about all the good times and fun you had

Sorry charlie. I know we were a wreck when we almost lost our rat terrier. Our dogs are our kids and its tough when something happens to them. I wish i was closer Id fix your fridge for ya. Unless its a compressor then its cheaper to just buy a new fridge.

Sorry to hear about losing your dog. Our pups really are part of the family, our kids. It'll be better over time, and when you're ready, jump in there and get another.
