First Time Home Buyer Rebate = Celebrate

Brothers (and Sisters) Tonight if you have no reason to smoke, Here is one:

Today in the mail Uncle Sam sent me a present in the form of the First Time Home Buyers Rebate Check (and it had an extra 122.00 to it). one a side not - its the only good thing to come out from Washington this year lol

Back Story, The newly acquired mrs nismo. and I bought our house 1 month before the our wedding, upon moving in we had to buy a new fridge and get new carpet thru out. Let just say the bills piled on and stressed us out. We were banking on the rebate to help alleviate some of the debt. Glad in came in sooner than later.

To those who just bought as well Congrats to you. And if any are first timers sent in you 1040X and the 5054 (i think that's it) I got it in 6 weeks!

We just recently had our offer accepted and we're scheduled to close on Nov. 30 (way to push the deadline, eh?) The extra $8K will be nice.
