Great 30th Birthday!!
So, today is my 30th birthday and the wife and I decided to play hookie from work and spend the day together. It started out with a nice breakfast at Denny's with my two daughters who lavished over the fact that it was my birthday. Then we dropped them off at school and headed downtown to do some walking around and sightseeing.

We wandered around the tunnels beneath the city that connect many of the larger buildings that are full of shops and restaurants. Then we headed over to Minute Maid Park to watch the Astros beat the Cubs. That was my first Astros game since moving to Houston. It's a really nice ballpark.

From there we started heading home but stopped off at Serious Cigars to pick up some sticks. My wife treated me to a Trinidad maduro belicoso, Ashton maduro belicoso, Ancient Warrior figurado, HDM Excalibur Royal Sterling, 3 LFD El Jocko #1s, CAO Soprano belicoso, and a box of Padron 2000 maduros.

To top it off, she bought me a set of ape hangers for the Harley and my girls collaborated with my wife for a season of Friends. My brother gave me a Target gift card too.

To top it off, we grabbed some Burger King for dinner, which is a rare treat for me and I finished the day with my first FFOX (thanks joed) which I gotta say that I'm interested in trying again.

My wife really went out of her way to make today special for me and just thought I'd share with my extended family here at CS.

Here's to many more birthdays...
