Dont separate your ribs...

Had a bit of a climbing accident a few days ago, and I did a good job separating a few of my ribs. It has left me unable to get a few packages out. I apologize, they will be in the mail as soon as I can get in my car again. With that said, dont separate your ribs, it sucks.

I also reccomend not tearing you ACL(like i have done this past week.) You will need surgery which i will get as soon as i can get in for it. Not reccomended

You don't know how painful seperated ribs are, untill you do it to yourself. Every breath you take expands your ribcage, yielding an excruciating shot of pain. Sometimes you almost suffocate yourself, trying to not breathe, so as to stop the pain!

Sorry to hear that, on another note...do not get kidney stones either....men shouldn't have to feel the pain of childbirth....get better bro.

Ya, but they give you the BEST drugs for kidney stones!

As long as we're cataloguing most painful (non-lethal) pain, don't forget shingles and broken feet (especially the fifth metatarsal). And then there's the torn spinal cord. BTDT, thank god for a bad memory!

A speedy recovery to you. I can "feel your pain". I once had bruised ribs and it's funny how the coughs and sneezes tend to increase in number. Hurt like a mo-fo...
