Sheboygan - Takeru Kobayashi, a Japanese man with a slight build and growing fan base, easily took the win at the 2006 Johnsonville Brat-Eating Championship in Sheboygan today.

Kobayshi downed 58 brats in 10 minutes and shattered the previous world record of 35 brats, held by Sonya Thomas. Thomas scarfed down 34 brats, but it was not enough to place at this year's competition.

Kobayashi is actually in great shape, and ripped at 150 lbs. He is the world's best when it comes to eating competitions. The Black Widow Sonya Thomas is even more amazing to me because she is so tiny!
