Just venting
Ive had a problem with my arm that started in early may and caused me to miss the last 8 games of the season. It wasnt getting any better and this past month Ive had several xrays and a bone scan done. Today I found out from my doctor that I have a cracked rib. I cant throw a baseball for the next 7 weeks. Im going to miss all of fall baseball. Sorry for the pointless post but I needed to vent my frustration. I think its time for a cigar.

Sorry about the injury, I know that can be frustrating. As I had to say last year, there's always next year! Hope it heals fast.

I know how you are feeling, I went to the dr. close to 8 years ago for the same thing, it has yet to heal and I still have a slight crack in it that kills me everytime my wife jabs me for being a jackass or if something hits it. Good luck with and stay away from activities so you dont end up like me. Have a great weekend everyone.

good luck man, hang in there. In the beginning of the thread, I was worried you were going to say you had an elbow or shoulder problem. Thank God it's just the ribs. Keep your mind sharp, and remember that spring ball is just around the corner. Take a little bit of time for yourself man, you'll be good to go in the spring.
