I'll be Back!!!
The day has come for my wife's ACL surgery. We have to be in Tampa at 12:00. This has become a pretty much routine surgery and we have an excellent doctor so all sould go well. It will be the couple of weeks here after that will be interesting. I have two kids age four and six months. I am going to be doing the Mr. Mom thing. We are going to be staying with her parents for the next few days. It will be nice to have the help for a few days I'm sure but I willl look forward to being back home. Anyway I probably won't be around much at least for the next few days. I will look forward to catching up with you gorillas when things get back to normal.

I hope all goes as planned. Being Mr. Mom is very challenging, I gain more respect for my wife each time I do it.

Consider it a learning experence Ryan.My two are 18 and 15 now,but boy do I remember the first couple times I had to do that

I hope she has a speedy recovery. Playing Mr Mom is tough, I know I do it. Good Luck and take a deep breathe.

Good luck to you and the Mrs. Moon !! ACL is so common these days, most important part is rehab !! Tell her to hang in there and she'll be up and at it in no time............

Being a Mr Mom ain't so bad, hang in there. I'm almost a year in with my baby girl and the brain drain is the only thing that has gotten me, everything else has been pie. Hope your wife recovers fast and you remain sane. good luck

Man it has been a challenging couple days. My wife is doing good. The surgery went well and she is home recovering. Thank-you all for the support. My kids have been doing good also. I am so thankful to have her parents helping out. I don't think I could have handled everything myself these first couple days. Anyway I got a little reprieve this morning. I had to come into work and watch the store. My father-in-law has been covering it for me but he had to run out on a sales call. I get a couple hours to catch up here and take a break. It's raining so I don't think I will be selling a whole lot of paint.
