work work work....
I've been a bit absent in the last two weeks due to massive increase in workload.
And i'm going to drop off the radar for a few more weeks (at least until october) as i got a bunch of business travel coming up. Heading off to Germany, india, russia and a couple of the republics (Ukraine, Kazakhstan). Should be interesting to see what's going on in Kazakhstan, reports say that they got a massive oil boom. Almaty (the capital) is so poor that i can't find any evidence of any western chain hotel operating (i have no idea where i'm going to stay). Will pack a travel humi of cigars (assuming american security will allow me onboard with my rockets). One must be prepared with decent sticks on these missions past the spere of western influence...  anyways, just wanted to share. cheers, Par

I want to have a job that allows me to travel...at least before I get married or have children, that way its easier to just get up and leave.
Maybe if I start my cigar store I could travel and meet all the distributors for my business...just an idea.

Wikitravel reccommends in almaty:
Splurge * Hotel Dostyk, 162 Furmanov Street. Tel +7 (3272)582270. Big old and well maintained hotel in the center of the city - a classy if not cheap location. Rooms cost Tenge 27300 for a double including an excellent breakfast.

Thanks guys. I'll take some pictures.
When i get back i'll let you know about the next trip. Hint, it's a sandy place and i'm taking a refresher in close combat pistol before i'm going... Yikes!
