I haven't worked much with 4.0 but I might be able to help. What do you need to know?

Re: Citrix experts, I need your help!!!

How do I get ICA connection to hide the SHUT OFF button?
How do I hide specific programs?
How do I hide the A:, C:, and D: (CD-ROM) drives?

I am getting an error stating the web interface can not read from the file…giving an alert.

We have 3 servers with Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, we are doing ICA client connections (essentially RDP via Citrix with Terminal Services) I want to hide specific things and am not sure how to do this and can’t seem to get an answer on it.

In earlier versions of citrix all the security was setup using Windows security policies with the exception of Published Apps. I think our corporate hq has been making the move to Presentation Server over the last couple of months. I'll give the inhouse IT guy that took over when I left a call tomorrow. I know I originally set us up to only allow Published Apps and it's probably still the case but he may be able to provide your answers.

Re: Citrix experts, I need your help!!!

Maybe this will help:

hide shut off

http://support.citrix.com/forums/thr...ge=true&#65857

Hide drives

http://support.citrix.com/forums/thr...e=true&#321713

Hide programs

http://support.citrix.com/forums/thr...e=true&#280477

If not, you can go to :

http://support.citrix.com/forums/ind...a?categoryID=1

And the answer will probably be there if you search it just right.
