This is a list that I made up recently for fun....thought those with similar musical tasts might enjoy.

Top 10 ways you know you are a Southern Rock fan...

1. You know that Lynyrd Skynyrd was formed in Florida NOT Alabama.

2. You believe that every band should follow the rule: when in doubt--add another guitar player.

3. You know that Statesboro Blues and Melissa were NOT songs by the Almond Brothers.

4. You have no problem with a live album that has a disc with two songs which last 25 minutes each.

5. You think Freebird and Ramblin Man are appropriate songs for the first dance at a wedding.

6. You know that Gimmie Back My Bullets has nothing to do with guns.

7. You know that CDB, MTB, SRV and ARS are not stocks traded on Wall Street.

8. You dont find it at all strange that the only member of ZZ Top that doesnt have a beard is named Beard.

9. You know that Muscle Shoals is not a place where they catch seafood.

10. Most of all you know that Southern Rock is not a fad that ended with a plane crash in 1977 but it is still going strong and kickin butt!!!

11. You know that Dickie Best is not a lewd suggestion made to a lady.

haha, Pantera > all Southern Rock. Lynyrd Skynyrd are kings though.
