Cool. I am up to meet both Monday and Thursday evenings. I will not know what time on Thursday until after Tuesday morning. I will not be able to make it on Wednesday because I am going to try to score some hurricanes tickets. I only know 2 restaurants in Raleigh and I am not sure that either of the ones I know allow cigars so I will leave it up to more knowledgable people. Y'all let me know when and where and I will be there.

Wherever. If Lumpy (slim to none) and 68TribbleShibble (you never know with Dave) can't make it, we'll keep an empty seat at the table just the same.

In fact, every herf should have one conspicuous empty seat for the brother/sister that couldn't make it but wanted to and/or to make room for the next new B/SOTL.

I propose we always keep one empty seat wherever we hang.

Hey Dan, I defer to you on location because I don't know Raleigh well enough (though if you needed to find a nice playground, i could help).

The Fox & Hound would be my vote (can we hope for better service this time?),if there was a vote. Understand, that my vote means nothing and is abt to change if/when the winds shift.

Bummer. What is the deal with guys calling ACC herfs, then canceling? This sh*t is about to get stomped. From now on, if you call an ACC herf, you can't come, period, right from the get go.

New paradigm - Scottie/ACC herf less Scottie. Never should have let someone from Tennessee call a Carolina herf in the first place - way too orange. Empty chair is for Scottie.

M'oo maybe that's just the way it works. You can hold your hands to heaven but you can't bring down a star. Anyway we still have 4 (don't we) and 4 being a good number though not as good some other numbers, it is more than me, myself, and i. Guys, I would much rather be there than working in New Orleans. My wife still worries about the crime down there plus I was going to go to the hurricanes game on Wednesday night and the herf on Thursday so it was going to be a GREAT week.
