I remember a mouse on underdog, his name was savior faire. He was always on the run from mounties.

It was from Klondike Kat. This was a segment on Total TV's The Underdog Show.
The Mountie cat was Klondike Kat; the mouse (not a Mountie, but a lawbreaker) was Savoir Faire, always pursued by Klondike Kat. Savoir Faire (literally, a French phrase mearning "knowing what to do") would say, "Savoir Faire is every-waire!" |

Thanks Poker...I finally found out about Klondike the Cat after edison birds post. Klondike would fumble around trying to catch this lil rat bastid and eventually thru his clumbseyness would catch Savior Faire...
