Tragedy on Thanksgiving Eve
Huge explosion in Danvers Mass.
This is 1/2 mile from my office. Tons of people effected by this. A School For the Deaf evacuated, over 100 houses with no windows and fore still burning from 3am today. Wow. I guess, be thankful that no one perished in this tragedy . Its on every news station and in every paper. That is terrible. I can only imagine what the surrounding people felt when all their windows blew out.

I was wondering if any of ya'll were in the proximity of this place when I heard about it. Quite a few of ya'll up in the Boston area.
Glad no one was greviously injured. It could've been a lot worse given the density of surrounding area. Thoughts and well wishes to those affected.

I live about 10 miles south of where the explosion occurred. My wife was asleep and it did not wake her. I was up and working in my woodshop. It felt like a very low grade earthquake tremor. Did not realize what had happened until I saw it on the morning news. Paul

Friend lives 2 minutes away but was on Dispatch in Topsfield... It's amazing that no one was killed...
