help from california golfers

hey all (or anyone that reads this)-

i will be honeymooning in the south pacific in november. on our way back we land in LA on the wednesday before thanxgiving. didn't realize it was the day before thanxgiving until recently. now we are thinking of just staying in cali through the weekend, and making the trip that much longer and delaying a long flight back to philly. we are looking to stay somewhere in the LA area that is a golf/spa resort for a few days. something for me and something for her

Checked out that La Quinta resort. Nothing like that the "La Quinta" brand of hotels in smaller towns. This one is waaay cool & very upscale. Way to go dude!
Yup, for that time of year, nothing beats the the desert golf resorts. The skies are always blue, the temperature warm, the mood laid back.

There is a premier resort & golf club South of LA in Carlsbad just north of San Diego. If you have the time & money and are a big golf fan, then definately check it out. It's the La Costa Resort & Spa (a couple of URL's below).

BTW, I'm not as tuned in to the golf resorts in the LA area. Perhaps some of the SoCal LLG's can help there.

i think by definition of getting married i have a partner

she doesn't play, but loves to ride along, and will be spending a lot of time at the spa most likely. if you're serious about playing a round together (assuming we do this) i am definitely up for it!
