Thumbs up 80s Rock Group Getting Back Together!
I was driving home listening to the news and the POLICE are getting back together!!! This is amazing! The Police broke up at the hieght of their popularity, which most groups break up on their decline. Since Sting wrote the majority of his material he has the majority of royalties, whereas the rest of the group just makes money on records. Granted, that is still a lot of money, but not compared to what Sting brings in. I actually saw Sting in 1987 or 88 in Las Cruces, New Mexico at a very small venue of 200 people and it was all acoustic. Best show I have to do with American pop music. Sade would be the best foreign concert I have attended and she can move it Anyway, this is great news for the Police!
