Cs Stock Trading
I wasn't sure what forum to put this in. Maybe we need a CS Stock Forum now.

Anyway, how is everyone doing?

I bought the following:

-HPQ (well I work for HP so what can I say). Purchased at 42.20 and it was at 43.11 today at close.

-COH (Coach) because my wife buys so much of their stuff I thought it must be a good company. Plus Jim Cramer suggested it one night. Purchased at 44.00 and it closed at 44.82 today.

-SE (Spectra Energy) I didn't do much research on this but since it wasn't real money and I know someone who is into energy stocks and heard Jim Cramer say some good things about this company I bought into it at 28.86 and it closed today at 26.14.

Here's all I held onto...

HD (Home Depot) - Purchased at 39.490 and Closed at 40.17...

I realized with any of Cramer's recommendations it seems best to get in and out quickly...

I purchased ALT.MC because I thought it would be fun to have some stock in a tobacco company.

What a nightmare.

Sun Microsystems seems to be doing well, though.

I should have added, my Apple stock is down the tubes, too.

Murphy Oil and Pepsi Bottling look pretty good. I can't figure out Target, though.

Bought Apple (AAPL) before Macworld Expo and fortunately sold before it turned.

Bought Level 3 Communications (LVLT) and made a little.

Bought eBay (EBAY) on Jim Cramer's recommendation and it immediately took a dump and hasn't recovered.

All in all I'm about even so far.:s

I've heard alternative fuel stock will be the hot thing in the upcoming years...I can't find any companies that are on the stock exchange.

I have 365 shares of UNIFI INC (NYSE:UFI). A nice little stock I found in the last couple of weeks. Bought this at $2.30 a share. It is currently trading at $2.90. Hope I don't jinx myself now.

AT&T closed in the red today but I'm up $13.50
Wells Fargo on the other hand has been in the red for over a week now.
