What can you say? They got the whole populous of the state together and did something. Good for them, now they can hang their hats on one line in a book.

And really after seeing this on CNN this morning, those were some sad looking snow angels made with only 2" of snow.

Very philosophical and big-hearted. Not much you can do about it down here, anyhow. So they did it with cheap snow in one of those Dakotas? Pathetic.
