It depends on how it is made, but I've had it both ways (wait that didn't sound right) and like it either way. I struggle to find it good anywhere, so I'll usually take it anyway I can get it. Alright, I'm done now. Time for bed.

In my opinion, trying to rate any of these is akin to asking a diverse group of people to write pro/con essays on abortion, gun control, marijuana legalization, immigration reform, or separation of church/state--an exercise in futility. All, ALL of them have their merits and debits, and none of them match up to Warhorse/Stacy's smokin' capabilities (can I get a witness?).

Seriously, folks, if you love BBQ, get yourself on a cross-country tour and sample all the variations over a few months, even a few years. You won't regret it.

I freaking love BBQ --- All of it!! And I love the zeal and enthusiasm of the purists, but I am here to tell you I will ravage almost any BBQ put in front of me with equal enthusiasm. One way to sample lots of BBQ is get stationed all over the place in the military. As you guys know, some of the best are little whole in the wall joints all over the south. I don't know what it is about old vacant gas stations that attract people to sell BBQ out of them. I will probably get beat up on this (from the purists) but I find if the joint has good beans they also have good BBQ.

I think the saying should be Mom, Baseball, Apple Pie, and BBQ. When I see and smell BBQ, and oftentimes the people eating it, I think America.

There are some interesting regional varieties (as you all already know), but one of the most interesting is BBQ mutton - come on you Kentucky (specifically Western) boys don't be shy!!!! I used to fly a little trainer aircraft in the Air Force (T-37) and we would try to get in to Owensboro Kentucky for "Moonlight" Barbeque any chance we could. You fellas over in the Carolina and Georgia area have your Brunswick stew, but if you are going through Western Kentucky try their "Burgoo" (stew) and BBQ Mutton.

I know Drifty and TU09 probably want to come through the computer and strangle me, but like I said ------ I love it all!!!!!!

amen sister! it's all good. If you keep in mind that barbecue means different things in diffrent places it's great to sample all of it. Hell, it's maybe the only culture I can claim

I get around a little and BBQ and a Good Steak seem to be kinda subjective

Had some Ribs last night! Smoked with a spicy rub until it nearly falls off the bone! Grew up with BBQ being pretty regular in our family. I'm still a smoking rookie; but looking forward to burning up many more things this summer!!
