I love brussels sprouts too and have converted several BS haters along the way. They have to be cooked correctly, as any vegetable should be. How could someone not like these marvelous little delights?

What do the CS masses think about Fiddleheads? Another veggie that is just too good.

Alright, since you brought it up, I have this enormous Pomeranian dog named (Fat) Tommy. He peaked at 40 lbs. before we put him on a crash diet. He will eat just about anything.

I found a big two pound bag of brussel sprouts in the freezer that were well past the humanly edible stage. So...I cooked the entire bag for Big Tom and completely filled his huge dog dish with the sprouts. That is the only food that he couldn't finish in one sitting. It took at least three days for him to finish them off. 'Nuff said.

Fiddleheads I have eaten years ago. Good stuff.

Don't mind brusle sprouts either as long as it is not my old grade school cooking them.
