I am not an attorney but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Select.

When it comes to BI (bodily injury) cases (something I am well versed in due to my 25 years in insurance claims) find the attorney most hated by the insurance company your friend is pursuing. That will be the best attorney they can get.

true. Just don't be in a rush to get an attorney because someone told you to. A lot of simple BI claims can be handled between you and the insurance company, you just need to know what you're entitled to. A lawyer will simplify this process for you, but take at least 30% of your settlement.
