A big bottle of gatorade (64 oncer) before you go out. save some for when you get home. A bottle of Bacchus "D" from a Korean shop. It is kind like red bull but wih more emphasis on vitamins. drink more gatorade too the day after.

Works great because the two reasons you are hungover is #1 dehydrated and #2 lacking in certain vitamins due to the over indulgeance.

you know, I've got a cousin that's a PA and he swears by this...little oxygen straight from the tank with 20 minutes on the drip...he also mentioned that there is an anti-nauseam that EMS drivers carry that's a quick shot...he said that's a miracle, too...but i could never find any info on the anti-nauseam...anyone heard of it?

Smoking while I'm drinking always increases my cahnces of having a hangover and if I get one its always worse because I was smoking.

My cure is a large glass of water and a heaping tablespoon of sugar (a buddy once told me that alcohol not only dehydrates you but also depletes the sugar level in your body). If its really bad I repeat this two or three more times until I can stand the thought of eating something and then I eat a high carb meal. My hangovers, even the worst ones, are normally dead and gone in just a few hours.

Make yourself vomit before bed. It works, I've vomited involuntarily enough to know!

BC Powder is the best stuff I've ever tried for hangovers. It's a little weird, because it basically tastes like you're taking ground up aspirin, but down it with some water and follow with a V8 juice. My problem usually is I can't stand the thought of solid food, but an empty stomach feels worse and prolongs your misery.

I've also tried bloody mary's, I guess that's like V8 with a kick.
