Just put that book on the shelf at my library...let me know what you think so I can recommend it to others.

You must mean the COMPLETE Idiot's Guide (R) ...

Meanwhile, I just picked up Out Stealing Horses by Per Petterson. Slow pace, barren atmosphere, heavy stuff. An appropriate book for the past week's events.

The Trudeau Vector by Juris Jurjeviks. It's a North Pole medical mystery that is a little bit of a slow read with a lot of interjected treehugging statements. Other than that not bad.

Re: What books are you reading?

Just finished O'reilly's latest "A Bold Fresh Piece of Humanity". I found it very interesting, a good read. I'm now reading "Fleeced" by Dick Morris. I just love pouring a little scotch, lighting up a stogie and reading a book outside as my Boxer lays at my feet on a nice autumn afternoon.

The best ever! When my kids get older and move out, I am hoping to get two Great Danes. Then this will be me, with maybe a coffee or soda instead of the scotch (not a drinker).
