Jane Fonda's Big Mouth!

I heard on the radio I think last year that during one of her book signings a vet handed her a copy of her book to be signed. Once she signed it the fellow had a mouthfull of chewing tobacco juice and proceeded to spit it on the cover which she had just signed. Appearently he waited a lot of years to return the complement.

From what I understand, statements she made (along with John Kerry) were directly responsible for some of the torture our guys endured (when those two claimed widespread American atrocities, etc.).

I don't care that people think like her, I just wish they had the balls to follow their words and get the **** out of the country. Since they hate us so much, I don't see whats keeping them here.

Fonda, 67, spoke at Unity Temple, in The Plaza shopping district, about her new best-selling book, "My Life So Far," and her new movie with Jennifer Lopez called "Monster-In-Law."

At about 9 p.m., police said 54-year-old Michael A. Smith, who had been waiting in line for about 90 minutes, passed a book to Fonda and then spit a large amount of tobacco juice into her face.

They said Smith then ran away and was taken into custody by off-duty officers, who were providing security for the event.

Fonda declined to prosecute Smith.

A Vietnam veteran, Smith was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct

She is a snivelling coward of the worst order, and her loathsome behavior is almost boundless. Of recent note was the Cindy Sheehan issue. In know way do I want to turn this to a thread on Sheehan. It was interesting to see interviews with "Hanoi Jane" (I can't bear to even use her name) at the beginning of Cindy Sheehans crusade. HJ feigned interest and said she had voiced her opinions on "war" in the past and she was comfortable to let others like Sheehan speak their minds on this war. The coward waited until there was a good head of steam of support behind the Sheehan cause and than, of course, she stepped in. Only when she could be supported by the force of other's convictions (whether you agree with them or not) did she step into the fray.

She is supremely detestable in my view.
