If yoy have heard this, I apologize for wasting your time. But, I had not and thought it served her right.

Apparently her and Ted went to dinner somewhere in Montana when they were still married. The restraunt was very popular, and when they arrived they were told it would be a 45 minute wait. Ms. Fonda asked the hostess if she knew who she was, and the hostess told her yes, and the wait was 45 minutes. So, Ms. Fonda asked to speak with the manager, who told her the exact same thing. So she then asked for the owner. When the owner appeared, Ted asked him if he knew who they were. The owner replied "Yes, and I'm the owner. I am also a Vietnam vet, and you won't be dining here tonight."

Like I said, I like this story.

I wish I could take pleasure in this, but it's not enough. The mere mention of that name makes my blood boil. I find her loathsome. I have no problem with any American citizen exercising their right of free speech, and I have no problem with anyone just on the basis of protesting the war in Viet Nam. But whoring oneself out as a propaganda tool is a different story. Especially meeting with American POW's and calling them liars for claiming that they were being mistreated.
