I ran into guy #2 in the store today. He had more money in his pocket than I did.

He was in front of me in the check out line & was purchasing a DVD among other things. I wanted to grab the PA & broadcast that I was paying for his purchase!

Damn Alan life can be so frustrating. Everyday I see something or some one that I just can't figure out in my little Military Cranium, stuff that just doesn't make sense. Some folks just march thru life without a care in the world. And I struggle everyday with stupid shit. Like last thursday for instance, my daughter called me and said her car failed inspection, wiper blades and rear disc pads and they wanted 266 bucks to fix it. I atleast taught her well enough to recognize that this is a ridiculous price, and she told them she wasn't paying that. I told her I'd call some places and get it done. So I called her today after I got an appointment to have the work done. She said since I hadn't called back over the weekend that Doug(ex's boyfriend)had done the work saturday, she thought I was to busy and forgot or something. I felt like I'd let her down.
