i need some advice on my rights as a consumer.. so i am not sure what type of lawyer i am looking for, but someone pm me, please!

i'm definitely not a lawyer, but afaik from the one business law class i've taken so far, your rights as a consumer in most transactions are covered under the UCC (uniform commercial code) so you'd be looking for a business lawyer. I could always send an email to my professor if nothing turns up here...or if it's simple enough i could take a shot at it. sure hope you find someone else here though.

As with most areas of law, you're gonna want an attorney in your state, as most states have different and specific laws.

Consumer rights is one area of law that tends to be very state-specific. It's also far afield of the kind that I practice. Depending on the situation, one of us might be able to give you some general background, but you'll really be better off talking to someone who practices in Pennsylvania. Not really my area of expertise, and you're best off taking James advice and speaking with someone who practices in PA, but if you want some general knowledge Justin let me know.
