Man, I used to love to hate this guy when he played Homer Bedlow always trying to shut down the Cannon Ball on Petticoat Junction. A great actor for decades.

Wow I remember him in Its a Wonderful Life. He was Mr. Potter's lawyer. He was around along time, hope he had a good life. RIP Charles Lane. One of those fine underappreciated character actor's that made films better.

I remember him in so many roles, yet never knew his name before right now. A great character actor for many a decade.
