PCCA Tobaccos

P&T Magazine just came out and reviewed one of my favorite lines of tobaccos.....PCCA.
Seems these tobacs are finally getting the attention they deserve, and it's all good.

I just place an order for more Jubilee, Calumet, and Aurora. I wanted to stock up before these go bye-bye after the good reviews they received.

These are great tobaccos, and some of them have serious age on them. If you guys have been on the bubble about these tobacs, you should strongly consider picking up a few tins.....especially the Dulcet as these tins are from '96 and once they are gone................

Re: PCCA Tobaccos

i believe i've only had the PCCA Beacon, which is their Va/Per (i have 2 tins left). it's very good, and obviously a McClelland product, but more like how Lexus is made by Toyota, if you get my meaning.

Thanks for the heads up on these blends... I hadn't heard about PCCA before & some of them sound really good!

Do you think they are better than their regular lines, or pricey rebrands? I guess your comment could go either way?

Re: PCCA Tobaccos

since they are their own blends, meaning the PCCA guys created the blends in colaboration with McClellands, there are no "regular" lines to compare it to.
it's its own blend.
if it sounded like i meant that say, PCCA Beacon is the same as McClellands #2015, that's not what i meant.

i meant that the PCCA stuff is made with only the best stuff that McClellands had to offer back when it was blended/tinned. so, it's not the Toyota version of a Va/Per, it's the Lexus version of a Va/Per. made by the same ppl, just better parts and hopefully more care and craftsmanship put into it.
