Went to flea market today . . .

I was expecting to find a bunch of pipes and maybe pick out a few, cause last time I went, I would say I saw no less than 100 decent looking pipes filling up shoe-boxes everywhere! Didn't see even one today!!! WTF?? It seems that flea markets never have what I go to them for.

Although, I did find some "George Washington Great American Pipe Tobacco" pouches. Didn't pick it up though, I'll continue to get the baccy at the B&M for now.

No, sorry. At west virginia state fair grounds. (In WV for school).

Yeah, cause last time I went, I hadn't started smoking pipes yet--so I had no clue what I would even look for. Little more knowledgable now, but not by much.

that flea market is very random in what it has, my mom goes 4-5 times a year. you at the osteopathic school in lewisburg or somewhere else and just made the trip? we have a farm in williamsburg (between cornstock and trout, all no account towns about 20 miles from lewisburg.

Cool. Nice little town, not sure how long you've been there but its expanded like crazy the past 5 years or so. Have you found any good b&m's there?

Nothing good close--there's a smoker friendly next to the walmart but they don't have much at all (few cigars but mostly overpriced cohibas--the only one i tried of the cohibas from there sucked). There is a convenience store in white sulphur springs that has a few cigars, but I'm not sure what all they got. The Greenbrier, I wouldn't bother going to it--way over priced!

So nothing good really, and unfortunately.

ive only found one pipe store in the state, its also the best cigar place. a couple smoker friendlys in charleston have a lot of cigars that are only slightly overpriced. Everything at the Greenbrier is overpriced, but at least they have phones in the bathrooms now (that was a big issue a couple years ago)

Two large ones with general interest commercial/junque presented: one at the fairgrounds on Blue Ridge Road every weekend; and Watson's off of I-40 (exit 299 - 1436 Rock Quarry Rd).
