Sadly us Europeans usually suck when it comes to business. However we do have the Germans! Increasingly the Germans are on the march back up the steep hill, Dan pipes is just one of many German companies that shows they never really lost it, once more, they just had to incorporate and rebuild a complete country, completely devastated (eastern germany) in a few years!

that's a good thing. if you guys made stuff that fell apart, then you'd need good customer service. right now, everything they make is engineered to function... i'm not talking pipes, but damn near everything else i had my hands on over there worked the way it was intended to work.
i really wish i would've taken that job i was offered over there a long time ago... ah well.

Bad service is never as bad as in the Netherlands, it is truly, unbelievably bad, of which ALL ex-pats complain.

In contrast I've worked with many German's only to find them extremely professional, productive and non-political in their working environment. What more can I say, "I like Germans", which is their problem not mine!
