What's up with Frenchy's pipes?
I tried to order a cob the other night but it said there was an error when I went to put in my credit card info. Then this morning I notice that they took money out of my account... What's up with this? Has anyone else had any problems with them?

I haven't called yet, I just sent them an email. Everyone seems like they do good business so maybe I just got an unfortunate error... idk. It doesn't show that I have any orders in my account info on his page though...

His site has had alot of updates recently (all his holiday stuff is up.) I'm sure he'll take care of you because this is definately a mistake. Frenchy is old school customer service all the way.

Similiar thing happen to me yesterday, although it was a pay pal error. Frenchy got the money but no order. he emailed me and I placed the order through email.
good guy, he should take care of you.
