I dunno....mine always screams, jumps out of my pocket, runs across the room and hides in the corner every time I walk into a cigar shop.

My wallets never sucked anything in, but sure has puked out a lot!!!

BTW, Welcome to CS, and Hey! Nice screen Name!!

The Winding Road in a cob is a great smoke.

Thanks for the reply Mickey. I see you are in NH as well, where abouts? I'm on the East side of Manchester near the Derryfield Country Club. Patiently waiting for pay day to get here so I can order my first pipes and tobaccos.

Re: Newbie Musings

Over by Seabrook on the coast. Check out Goldleaf on Rt 1 across from Home Depot in a small mall. Great pipe selection.
Got the Winding Road there and working on it still. No bite and a great smoke all around.
So your from the home the Rover and the Monarchs.

Holy cow! By watching YouTube puffers, I think I am quickly learning what not to do as I am seeing a lot of stuff not recommended in FAQs and threads I've read here. Everything from using a big ass torch for 45 seconds long to light a bowl to smoking Marlboro cig. tobacco in their Savi! I won't get into any of the weirdos wearing S&M gear while puffin'.

Be careful with the pipe smoking vids on youtube. Nightmares are sure to follow.

The Obsession has begun!

I just ordered four corn cobs from Frenchy along with a multi-tool/tamper, some pipe cleaners, and a cork knocker.

Now I need to make up my mind on some tobaccos but have to wait til I get paid on Thursday for the weed. May just get some 1 oz. sampler packs for now.
