The wait is killing me
Two weeks ago I ordered some Butternut Burley and a tin of Planta's Original Danish Black Vanilla Flake to try out a bit of the aromatic side of the family. After a week and a half I got curious and emailed Pipes & Cigars only to find out that the Vanilla Flake is on backorder so I won't be receiving my order any time soon. Now I'm off for a two week vacation so I won't be getting my tobacco until I get back, if then.
I ordered these on a whim just to try them out but now that I've been denied a quick sate of my curiosity I find that they're the only tobaccos I can think about. I have a bunch of opened and unopened tins to sample but what I want the most is that which I can't have. After the wait and anguish they had better be worth it.  |

The planta's is definatly worth it. Try smokingpipes.com thats where I have purchased it in the past.

The butternut burley is real nice.

Pipesandcigars need to start running a tighter ship or they won't have any customers left. I've never had a problem but I've heard several comments like yours that says their not paying as much consideration to their customers as they should.

I can't really blame them for running out of something when they're selling their inventory through both the store and website. I just hate having to be the one to do all of the follow-up to find out my order status.
