DubintheDam & Big-Ben

As part of a personal foreign exchange program Pearse AKA DubintheDam, my international compadre sent me a package of goodies that arrived today.

Included was Hollands own, a Big-Ben pipe, model Barbet 489, 100 pipe cleaners, 50 with bristles, a box of 40 Big Ben filters and a nice leatherette pipe bag.

I just want to thank you Dub for a very thoughtful gift.

Just doing our part for diplomacy and foreign trade.

I think I will bust open that tin of 100g Reiner Professional to break it in.

Dub has good taste in pipes. Congrats Richard!

Just a little Photoshop work with the logo.

The grain on that pipe is truly something worth looking at

Just a quick one Tzaddi great fotos, nice color balance, it's funny - I can still see the bad colors on my comp slip picture, too much green...a good lesson...I shall download these images for myself...enjoy the pipe...oh by the way, I contacted 'pipes n tobacco' to see if they can move my first issue to spring...no worries...dub

Such is the life of a graphic artist always color correcting life. Looking at the sky and seeing how it has a bit more magenta today or how the shadow area of those clouds are on the "cool" side of neutral

With pipe in hand and smoke rising the mind quiets
Taking it all in without question as the heart smiles.
